**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie gestalten die Konzeption und den Aufbau eines neuen Forschungsfeld im Umfeld Sustainable Mobility und in weiterer Folge im Bereich Circular Economy unserer European University EUDRES
- Sie initiieren und leiten beispielgebende Forschungsprojekte inklusive der Beantragung der Drittmittel
- Sie führen eigenständig internationale Vortrags
- und Publikationstätigkeit im spezifischen Fachgebiet durch
- Sie arbeiten mit beim Aufbau von neuen Lehr
- und Studienangeboten in diesen Themenbereichen
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren innovative Lehrkonzepte, wie etwa I Living Labs
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Lehrveranstaltungen durch

**Ihr Angebot an uns**:

- Doktorat im Bereich Wirtschaft
- und Sozialwissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Operations-Research; Habilitation erwünscht
- Erfahrung bei der Abstraktion und math. Modellierung von Real-World Problemstellungen mit multiplen Zielsetzungen
- Erfahrung in Entwicklung, Akquise und Umsetzung von Forschungsprojekten
- International anerkannte Forschungs
- und Publikationstätigkeit im Bereich Sustainable Mobility
- Sehr gute internationale Vernetzung in Wissenschaft/Forschung/Wirtschaft und Erfahrungen im Aufbau von intern./ inter-disziplinären Forschungsnetzwerken und im Bereich Wissenstransfer, der über die reine Forschungscommunity hinaus geht
- Führungsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Innovationskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
