To deliver high quality products is our strongest focus, and we strive to achieve all our goals with topmost professionalism, but also with loads of fun on our way.That’s where you come in: You will be part of an agile and cross functional team within the IT Development and with your guidance, we tackle our challenges and identify proper solutions. Together, we are digitalizing commerce - from store solutions and e-commerce to the supply chain, marketing and CRM.

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for agile processes within the product eCommerce Order Management
- Shapes the product vision, value proposition and product roadmap with team and stakeholders
- Prioritizes together with team and stakeholders
- Responsible for and manages the progress of the product (technically and entrepreneurially):

- Makes this transparent and actively communicates it
- Develops suitable key figures for controlling and monitoring
- Responsible for the product backlog and controls the development
- Is responsible for the creation/creation of user stories
- Maximizing the value creation of the product, this can be: Value proposition to the customer, internal optimization
- Establishes and manages an escalation process
- Knows the limits of the technical and functional solution space for the product

**Qualifications**:

- You have good IT knowledge and/or appropriate education
- You convince through your professional experience in agile IT projects or in the analysis of business processes
- Take the lead for professional and agile topics
- Methodological competence in product management
- Strong communication skills
- Analyze & derive conclusions
- A good command in German & English
