A role with DO & CO at the Formula 1 Grand Prix isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life. It’s a fast paced, hardworking, experience making, team bonding, rollercoaster of a role. We are obsessed with delivering service that exceeds expectations, we’re not one step ahead to anticipate needs, we’re three and counting. This is what we need from every single one of our crew
**A day as our Head Waiter**:
- Leading a large section or space in one of our luxury events
- Inspiring your team to achieve greatness throughout service
- Use your management style to lead not only confident Waiters but local staff with no experience
- Ensuring you and your team has the highest standards of personal presentation
- Hosting our VIP guests and serving our renowned food and beverage offering
- Supervise the set up of the operation to the luxury setting which we welcome the guests to
- Working in a busy, fast paced environment where quality comes first
**Qualifications**:
- Leadership skills -share your knowledge and passion to develop others
- Passion for your role -we want to see that everyone is happy in their roles
- Team playerYou won’t be able to achieve success without this
- Adaptable and flexible -both on the events and off. When it comes to working in events things change at any point
- Experience working in high volume environments -don’t be intimidated, it’s busy, but wow is it fun
- Energetic and charismatic personality -we want to see presence on a restaurant floor, a Maitre’d style approach
- Pride in your work -a desire to create memorable guest experiences
