**Your working environment**
For our store support at the location in Vienna, we are looking for a

**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- You support the central office and our stores with IT-relevant requirements in the area of AT
- You are the contact person for questions regarding relevant store systems such as cash register, merchandise management, electronic payment transactions and store network technology
- You ensure an excellent service for our stores and central office
- You plan and execute projects/rollouts and reflect results in meetings
- You document your work in a modern ticket system

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Excellent language skills in German
- Very good ability to work in a team and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- First professional experience and profound knowledge with IT systems (Windows, Office, Hardware).
- The ability to communicate even complex issues in a comprehensible and friendly manner in conversation
- A strong understanding of service in order to provide excellent services to our branches and head office as part of an international team
- Working hours are usually Mon-Thu at 08:00 - 17:00 and Fri at 08:00-12:30
- Class B driver's license

**Contact**
The gross monthly salary for this position on a full-time basis is EUR 2,232 according to the applicable collective agreement. However, to ensure that your salary is also certainly suitable for you, we offer you an appropriate overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience. This will be agreed in a personal interview.
