**About the role and team**
Are you driven by developing and managing client relationships by delivering outstanding customer experience? Do you have a couple of years' experience within advertising or tech industry? And do you want to work for a leading global Adtech company with an agile, fun and fast-paced environment? If yes, you might be our next colleague.

You will be joining our successful A-CH team and will be responsible for existing agency and enterprise Clients in Austria and Switzerland and focus on the growth of Clients’ business by best usage of Adform platform. You make sure that they get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company.
You will be based either in **Vienna or Salzburg ** depending on your place of residence.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead some of our most relevant Clients in a strategic and structured manner and manage and develop your relationship with them
- Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging agency and enterprise customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform in Austria and Switzerland
- Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members with maintaining your opportunity pipeline using provided sales management systems
- Ensure that Clients gets best in class Service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within the Company
- Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events and clients prospects
- Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives and ensure their understanding of all products
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders and provide structured feedback about your Clients and market
- Support the on-boarding process of new Clients

**We expect you**
- A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the (online) advertising or adtech industry
- Experience of running accounts / client relationship management
- Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
- Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
- Strong skills in building relationship & client-oriented attitude
- Proactivity, problem-solving ability

- Fluent in English and German language, both verbal and written
