We are looking for a Business Development Representative in our Business Development team to join us on this exciting journey
Tasks
As our Business Development Representative at Prewave, you will
- Handle high volume prospecting for qualified leads
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Schedule online product demonstrations for a qualified lead whilst ensuring you meet your quarterly goals
- Understand the customers requirements and needs using sales methodologies
- Keep an overview over several projects at a time, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met
**Requirements**:
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments
- Very good at prospecting and cold-calling
- Professional level fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in one additional language (e.g. French, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch)
- Outgoing personality and passion to succeed
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
**Benefits**:
- An extensive compensation package: According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,223 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience and might include a combination of fixed salary and bonus/commission.
