Wir suchen ab sofort eine/-n Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben im Detail**:

- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Zulassungs
- und Änderungsanträgen bei der zuständigen österreichischen Behörde (Bundesamt für Sicherheit im Gesundheitswesen, AGES Medizinmarktaufsicht)
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung bzw. Kompilierung von Zulassungsdossiers
- Kommunikation mit Gutachtern und Sachbearbeitern der AGES Medizinmarktaufsicht, wie z.B. die wissenschaftliche Besprechung von Fach
- und Gebrauchsinformationen
- Übersetzung bzw. Review von Produktinformations-Texten (SmPC, PIL)
- Dokumentenmanagement, Pflege von Datenbanken
- Kontrolle von Artworks/Druckvorlagen von Packmitteln
- Mitarbeit bei Werbemittelfreigaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Globaler Zulassung, Pharmakovigilanz, Quality Management, Medical, Marketing, Logistik, Produktion und externen Vertragspartnern
- Firmeninterne Beratung bei zulassungsrelevanten Fragestellungen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder ähnliches
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs, in einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen, CRO, oder Agentur
- Gute Kenntnisse der österreichischen Gesetze und Regularien und Kodizes für die Pharmazeutische Industrie
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 3.557,47 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
