**Job Description** Position Overview**
We are looking for a **Deputy Business Information Team Lead** to support the leadership of our BI team. This role focuses on managing high-value opportunities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring team performance through coaching and process improvements.The role is divided into 70% sales activities and 30% team leadership.

**Main Tasks**
- Managing large deals and identifying high value sales opportunities
- Coaching and developing members of the BI Sales team to enhance skills and performance
- Maintaining a high client & team satisfaction
- Keeping track of relevant BI KPIs (activity, pipeline, portfolio return, etc.)
- Reporting and Forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with business line policies and procedures
- Accountable for maintaining efficient and reliable departmental workflows
- Operational process improvements and development

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Sales, or related fields
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage complex deals and drive operational improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of German ( C1-C2 level) and English

We offer a gross annual salary of €80,000.00-87,000.00 on a full-time basis ( based on Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Versicherungsunternehmen Innendienst), plus an attractive variable component. We are happy to take your professional qualifications and experience into account when determining your salary.
