**Your tasks**:
Our team is growing, as are our global entities, and we are looking for a Indirect Tax Manager who can look after our companies globally:

- Build a Business Intelligence strategy and function to deliver accelerated growth across the business areas
- Build the BI and analytics strategic and roadmap planning, Improving business capability and BI technical capability
- Build the reporting of financial modelling that provides a single set of reports available in real time
- Establish and steer a team of BI analysts and continue to build out and improve the company’s reporting and analytical capabilities as well as support a data-driven decision-making process
- Responsibility of data standards, analytical methodologies including econometric modeling, predictive modeling, segmentation, reporting, customer analytics and descriptive statistics
- Work alongside the Data Science and Data Engineering team to build and support the alignment of performance KPIs through self-service dashboards. Providing timely and consistent data, clearly visualized
- Provide executive members and other business leaders with key analytical insights

**Who you are**:

- Extensive experience either in analytics, business intelligence or Senior IT data role
- 3+ years’ experience of successfully leading and coaching analytical teams
- Excellent understanding of consumer online business processes
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Ability to transform data into action
- Extensive expertise in data modeling
- Commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues
- Experience of building up analytics teams and business intelligence organizations from the ground up.
