The NOVRITSCH Textile Team was created only 3 years ago and wielded results, that we are truly proud of as a company.

The team created its own unique camo pattern named Kreuzotter, the first ventilated plate carrier, a full ghillie and nylon gear lineup.

NOVRITSCH Textile is associated with innovation and quality amongst the airsoft community.
Now we are looking for a new team leader who will ensure that the success story continues.

**As the Teamlead of NOVRITSCH Textile, you will do the following**:

- Managing three professional têxtile designers in Vienna
- Managing three contractors located at our main têxtile factory in Asia
- Brainstorming and kicking off new ideas with gear enthusiasts
- Product concept creation with the Vienna team
- Supervising prototype creation and revisions with Vienna prototyping staff at a fully-fledged têxtile workshop with 5+ industrial sewing machines and laser cutter
- Coordinating field testing of prototypes
- Communication with Asian based contractors and factories to replicate Vienna-made prototype
- Communication with Asian based contractors to ensure smooth production and quality control
- Working with the Purchasing Team to ensure good stock levels in our European and American warehouse
- Working with the Marketing Team to ensure the correct presentation of têxtile products

**Salary and Perks**:

- 49.000 - 84.000 EUR yearly brutto depending on qualification

**Required**:

- Experience in managing and leading people
- 5+ years of following the latest trends of tactical gear in both airsoft and military sector
- Fluent in english both written and verbal
- Relocation to Vienna
