**About Us**

We are a young and motivated team of 50+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries, and operating internationally.

**Description**

Providing excellent customer service is a key success factor and we are currently looking for a person to support us with:

- Order management and customer support in written form (English & German)
- Answering customer requests
- Continuous improvement of customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Professional in German and English (both at least B2)
- Experience in customer support or service-centered job
- Interest in airsoft or learning about it
- Problem-solving ability & structured working
- Possibility to work at least 30 hours per week

In addition, you can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 1.896,00 for 38,5 hours/week. Any additional overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
