Project Management Specialist HR Solutions

Our client is an internationally successful NGO which is expanding and in need of a experienced Project Management Specialist for HR Solutions. The focus lies in the implementation of multiple software solutions for HR. Aufgaben - Project lead for the implementation and further development of HRIS on a national and international level - Analysing, understanding and evaluating the existing HR tools’ landscape, workflows, and processes - Designing whitepapers, describing workflows and specifications and preparing presentations - Accompanying the software market analysis in alignment with the defined requirements in close cooperation with internal HR experts, stakeholders and IT - Supporting the People’s Service Center team with tools and process specific requests throughout the entire employees’ life cycle - Working closely with and on behalf of the International Head of Human Resources in any administrative and strategic respect Qualifikation - 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager OR relevant education and 1 year of professional experience in IT project management (for at least one similar project) - Experience with the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, preferably with HRIS background - Extensive understanding of technology with regards to HR procedures - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, German is an advantage - Communicative, trustworthy and realiable work ethic **Benefits**: - Additional days off from 24.12. - 31.12. - Paid "Wiener Linien Ticket" from the 2nd month of affiliation - Workplace health promotion initiatives as well as promotion of training measures - Working in a true mutlinational and diverse organisation - Dog friendly offices - Coffee & tea bar
