Semperit is an internationally-oriented group that develops, produces and sells highly specialised rubber products. Our products range from hydraulic and industrial hoses (**Semperflex**), conveyor belts (**Sempertrans**), moulded parts such as handrails (**Semperform**), and industrial profiles (**Semperseal**) through to examination, protective and surgical gloves (**Sempermed**). **Your Tasks**:

- Working closely with our HR process leads, acting as an interface between HR and IT departments, and coordinating and cooperating with external service providers.
- Preparing and following up on release management tasks, project meetings, and workshops.
- Designing and implementing new interfaces.
- Participating in and leading requirements workshops to specify desired innovations or new release functions.
- Implementing necessary configurations in SuccessFactors or coordinating these tasks with implementation partners.

**Education & Work Experience**:

- Relevant education or comparable qualification.
- Good understanding of HR processes
- 3 years of Experience in HR Systems and technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone, etc..
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position as a consultant or in-house consultant with preferably focus on SuccessFactors
- Technical know-how to support various interfaces/connectors to the individual HR systems is an advantage
- Experience in project management

**Languages**:

- Very good English skills for international communication
- German or additional languages is an advantage
