Change & Engagement Lead HR Operations (D/f/m), HR

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Drive the roll-out, engagement, and change management strategy of HR Operations
- Develop change / communications deployment plan and provide communications and training materials to support the roll out.
- Manage existing materials and toolkits developed for various stakeholder groups supporting the roll-out, of the Change and Engagement strategy.
- Ensure appropriate measurement and tracking of Change Management and Engagement success factors are defined and monitored.
- Align and track stakeholder management activities for the overall Program, develop strategies and tactics to ensure the buy in, understanding and support for the program
- Collaborate with work streams/focus groups, involved functions and HRBPs
- Establish awareness and support with key stakeholder communities at right levels at appropriate stages of overall program.
- Lead the build-up of capability and readiness of the line management in areas of organizational development expertise (e.g. change management skills, team effectiveness, employee engagement, organization climate).

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree in business, psychology or related field
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience in leading large-scale, global change/transformations
- Strong Project Leadership OD (Organization Development) / Change Management experience
- Manage expectations and challenging of Status Quo when needed
- Good consulting, communication and relationship building skills
- Facilitation, workshop design and delivery skills; coaching, cross-cultural communication, ability to network with various HR and line functions, strong work ethic, cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Ability to influence without authority: proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders with different opinions and approaches. Able to provide expert advice in a consultative way and be viewed as a value-added member

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 73.112,90/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We support flexible and remote working where possible.
