Specialist Service Onboarding

In the area of Service Onboarding & Operation you will be involved in the design, onboarding and operations of global services to our service management platforms solutions. You will play an essential part in the coordination, implementation and support of different tracks in the course of service
- and process automation projects. Our entire framework is based on the ITIL standard. Inclusion in our own Service Optimization (Best Practices, Reporting, Knowledge Sharing) will also be an crucial part of your new role.

In your new role you will:

- Have your **focus on onboarding of services to Service Management platforms**:

- Operate through entire service lifecycle (design, build, run, report)
Provide project **support **in **various Service Management related projects**:

- Drive **automation initiatives**

During an
**individual training phase **, we will prepare you for your new role. With
**regular feedback discussions **and
**planning of your professional and personal development **we want to ensure your success in this position.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your
**home office **(Hybrid) and you can arrange your
**working hours flexibly **.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree **(Bachelor/Master) in **Computer Science, Informatics **or similar
- **2+ years of experience **in system/platform operations and projects
- **Experience **in **database
- and reporting technologies **(knowledge in Tableau is an advantage)
- **Container Know-How **in OpenShift (as an advantage)
- **Service Management Processes knowledge **with focus on **ITIL**: IT-Request Fulfillment, IT-Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Problem solving skills are beneficial
- Excellent **communication skills **for proper stakeholder management
- **Project management essentials**:

- **German and English **skills
