**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Arbeiten in einem dynamischen und kreativen Team.
- Aktive Betreuung der Jobplattformen und Schaltung von Inseraten.
- Mitarbeit in bei diversen Projekten rund um die Employee Journey wie zum Beispiel der Mitarbeitenden-Meinungsumfrage.
- Durchführung von Analysen und Datenbankpflege (KPI monitoring und reporting).
- Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen und konzeptionellen (Weiter-)Entwicklung der internen (Intranet, McD Connect, Brand Ambassador Programm) sowie externen Kommunikation auf unseren Online-Jobplattformen.
- Erstellung von Handbüchern, Formularen, Richtlinien und Stellenbeschreibungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation verschiedener Job und Recruiting Messen, als auch aktive Teilnahme.
- Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

**Qualifikationen**
- Starkes Interesse an HR-Themen und/oder Berufserfahrungen im HR-Bereich
- Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und gleichzeitig praktische und umsetzbare Lösungen für komplexe HR-Herausforderungen zu entwickeln
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um HR-Projekte effektiv zu leiten oder daran mitzuarbeiten
- Selbständige, effiziente und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
