For the Plant Availability & Turnaround (PA&T) team at our location Schwechat, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Execution Efficiency Manager (M/F/d) to ensure the efficient implementation of the maintenance group processes on the location. This applies to the execution of the maintenance work of the own workshops as well as to the execution of the externally contracted services. This also includes the strategic alignment of local contracts for a safe and cost effective execution in coordination with the procurement department. Due to your safety mindset, you will help us achieve “Goal Zero” under consideration of safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Your area of responsibility will include
- To drive a high health, safety and environment performance in all activities at the plants at the location Schwechat.
- To contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our processes and share learning between plants and locations as a member of the group Efficiency and Contracting Network.
- To implement the Borealis execution efficiency and contracting processes together with the local Contracting Manager at the location in compliance with relevant Borealis procedures, best practices and the strategic elements of the Operations & HSE Strategy.
- To support actively the Facility Management Department as well the Technical Warehouse Team through steering, coaching and close follow up.
- To work closely with other departments to support them in the improvement of their operational results and to contribute to a positive work environment.
- To ensure the local coordination of SAP processes: definition, implementation and monitoring towards data quality and continuous improvement.
