We are looking to hire a Business Performance Manager (M/F/d) to our Commercial Mobility/AD Business Group.

The role holder pro-actively supports the dedicated Commercial Business Units (BU) in delivery of the PO strategy for the respective areas, as well as the development and consolidation of BU strategy and annual business plan. The role holder supports the assigned VPs, BU and BU Leadership Team members with in-depth business performance analyses and proposes improvements in the delivery of BU P&L via supporting development of PO Commercial Guidelines and suggesting Continuous Commercial improvements on medium term and identifying improvement opportunities during short-term business execution.

**Role Content**:

- Support development and consolidation of BUs strategy.
- To support critical commercial analytics for the Commercial VPs.
- Provide analytics that exceed the bandwidth (and scope/role) of the PO finance organisation.
- Participate in ad-hoc commercial improvement and digitalization projects in the units.
- Provide evaluations, performance analysis and make proposals to Leadership Team management in the area of continuous commercial improvement.
- Demonstrate excellence behaviours, particularly through close interfaces between Marketing, Sales and PAM.
- Entrepreneurial approach with an external focus to accelerate delivery and enhance commercial performance.
- Support annual business planning and target setting and monitor performance accordingly on monthly basis, e.g. contract performance, launch performance
- Manage monthly performance, analysis and insight generation on Industry level.
- Conduct in-depth business performance analyses, provide insights to performance trends or gaps on granular level for volume, CSM, pricing and other important business parameters.
- Analyse the data received from annual or transactional Customer Engagement Surveys.
- Analytical rigour towards creation of intelligence insights for the PO market and wider business impacts.
- Strives permanently to support organization on the topic of analysis to accomplish a high competence level for relevant stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Master's degree in finance and/or economics; MBA preferred
- Mastery of English language on business level (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the area of Business Analyst
- Commercial experience strongly desired
- Excellent presentation skills in front of key stakeholders
- Analytical Thinking
- Commercial Awareness
- Relationship Building and team worker
- Proven experience in the Finance area
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (reports, graphs, pivot tables), and PowerPoint
- Affinity, ideally experience with business intelligence tools around reporting and dashboarding (e.g. Microstrategy, PowerBI, Qualtrics, Salesforce CRM,)
