Zu Ihren Hauptverantwortlichkeiten gehören:

- Nutzung bzw. Nutzbarmachung von (Kunden-)Datenpools zur optimalen Ansprache von Kunden
- Verantwortung & Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Advanced Analytics bzw. Data Analytics
- Entwicklung von Modellen, die optimal auf Kunden
- und Bankbedürfnisse abgestimmt sind
- Modellbasierte Generierung von Anspracheanlässen aus automatisiert verarbeiteten Kundendaten (zB Stamm
- und Verhaltensdaten, Kontakthistorie, Zahlungsverkehrsdaten, Klickverhalten Homepage, oÄ)
- Mitwirkung im Vertriebscontrolling samt Entwicklung und laufende Wartung von Dashboards, Reports auf Basis von BI-Tools.
- Repräsentation der HYPO Oberösterreich und unserer Interessen sowie der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden bzw. Zielgruppen im Rahmen von entsprechenden bankübergreifenden Projekten

Erwartungen an Fähigkeiten, Kenntnisse, Persönlichkeit:

- Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium im Bereich Volkswirtschaft, Statistik, Business Analytics oder ähnliches - mit Schwerpunkt Data Science wünschenswert
- Affinität für Data Analytics sowie Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung von Daten (Python, R)
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Data Warehouses (SQL) sowie mit dem Einsatz von BI-Tools (QLIK, Power BI, Tableau)
- Erfahrung im (Bank-)Vertrieb und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Kund*innen und Kundenberater*innen wünschenswert
- Grundverständnis für Modellentwicklung, Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und Machine Learning
- Fähigkeit, proaktiv Inputs einzubringen und Gestaltungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Offenheit und Interesse am Austausch von Know-How
- Gute Rhetorik und Professionalität im Hinblick auf Gremienarbeit, Präsentation und Verantwortung der Projekte innerhalb und außerhalb der HYPO Oberösterreich
