Deal Desk Manager

**Your mission**:
As a deal desk manager, you will overview, control and quality assure all outgoing client contracts to ensure compliance. The second most important responsibility is the renewal of certain customer tiers - this is by building and executing scalable offer processes.

Your Tasks
- Be the liaison between the sales organization and its client portfolio
- Manage Renewals of existing customers
- Identify up
- and cross-sell potential out of data and customer conversations
- Review, approve and document all non-standard customer contracts
- Source diverse perspectives from cross-functional teams during deal management such as legal, SalesOps, accounting, finance, product management, and customer success

**Your profile**:

- 2 years of software sales experience
- Proven ability in contract management and shortening sales cycle times
- Solid understanding of SaaS sales environments and processes
- Fluency with enterprise sales tools like Salesforce and other CRM
- Passion for technology, data, and efficient sales cycles management as well as analytical and reporting skills
- Fluent written and spoken English & German skills - any additional languages are a plus

Nice to have
- B2B SaaS experience as Seller or SalesOps
- High-level finance background
- High-level legal background
