Your mission
- Provide cost estimation, supplier and spend analysis
- Conduct supply market intelligence and Total Cost of Ownership analysis
- Creation of RFQs, tenderanalysis and other pricing and negotiation communication materials
- Analyse vendor quotations and make cost models, price comparison and recommendations to the category team based on multiple evaluation criteria including price, availability, terms, quality, and past performance
- Assist Category team in the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of regular reports incl. cost estimates, budgets and forecasts as well as KPI and performance tracking
- Enter and maintain data in databases and reporting tools
- Support preparation of category group contracts and maintain contract library and contract overview
- Ensure continuous information flow and share of best practice by using and updating information on relevant platforms

**Profile**:

- High school or Bachelor degree in technical or business administration field
- High analytical skills
- Ability to interpret business and market reports
- Excellent MS Office skills, above all in Excel (advanced level)
- Organisational skills and independent way of working
- Knowledge of SAP and other Procurement/Finance tools is an advantage
- Very good English language skills

**Offer**:

- **Start**: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- **Location**: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- **Duration**: unlimited contract
- **Extent**: part-time or full-time, 30-38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 2416,15 EUR per month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
