Your mission
- Calculation and tracking of KPI
- Savings calculations in alignment with category managers
- Budget, market, and price assumption preparation
- Preparation of presentations and spend analysis
- Data collection and harmonization for benchmarking purposes
- Support data quality improvement across Procurement Systems
- Work closely with category managers on tenders by collecting data, analyzing vendors and awarding scenario
- Documentation management in the Digital Contract Management system
- Preparation of reports on demand
- Proactively look for process optimization and automation

**Profile**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business data
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Excel skills on an advanced level
- SAP (especially BW, BO Business Analytics) expertise as advantage
- Fluent English, and other languages are an advantage

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 33,826.10 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
