- Are you ready to conquer new markets and sell innovative solutions? Become part of our dynamic team and actively shape the future of Proseware. Use your sales experience to win new customers and strengthen existing relationships**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing new sales potential as well as building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships
- Organization and implementation of the entire sales process
- Creating and providing strategic sales plans and managing the pre-sales process
- Responsibility for maintaining the CRM system (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
- Ensuring the defined profit and sales growth
- Responsibility for customer communication and building realistic customer expectations
- Supporting all commercial activities with customers

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, TU or comparable) with a focus on mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of active sales experience in a technical B2B environment
- Proven track record in new business areas and technologies
- Very good communication skills as well as a confident and convincing appearance
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Business fluent in German and English (or another national language)

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €83,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).
