**DIRECTOR BUSINESS UNIT APPAREL (M/F/D)**

**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- ** Collaborate** with the VP Product Creation and the Atomic Leadership Team to shape the long-term vision for the apparel category, aligning with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- ** Translate** the vision into seasonal development cycles and strategic product range plans, incorporating consumer needs, market insights, design trends, brand identity, and expertise.
- ** Establish** and oversee robust product development processes, ensuring adherence with KPIs like design excellence, performance, sustainability, profitability, and timely readiness.
- ** Lead, mentor, and develop** the product creation team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration for individual and team growth.
- ** Build and cultivate** strong relationships with internal collaborators in various departments and external partners in product creation and sourcing.

**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:

- & performance apparel industry, from recognizing key consumer trends and innovation potential, through to turning insights into desirable, iconic product offerings
- ** Leadership competences**: Inspire internal teams and key stakeholders along the value creation chain, build trusted relationships and drive decisions along strategic priorities
- ** Education**:Relevant University degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Works experience: 5+ years of experience in performance apparel category leadership with proven record in key business driving functions, including product management and product development, as well as business
- & team development
- ** Language skills**: Business-fluent English skills, additional German language skills preferred
- ** Deeply passionate about product creation, skiing, and the greater outdoors**

Remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the wood-industry. We offer a corresponding overpayment depending on your personal qualifications and professional experience as well as the development opportunities of a globally operating group of companies.
