Research & Development Non Ferrous- ab sofort- Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Specialist Product Development für Non Ferrous (w/m/d). In dieser Position sind Sie für die Entwicklung Wärmebehandlungsanlagen für Non-Ferrous-Werkstoffe sowie der Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Anlagen/Systemen verantwortlich.- Was Sie bei uns erwartet- Ziel
- und termingerechte sowie budgetorientierte Abwicklung von Forschungsprojekten
- Durchführung von Versuchen im Haus und beim Kunden mit Auswertung, Analyse, Dokumentation und Interpretation der Testergebnisse
- Systematische Dokumentation und Präsentation von R&D-Ergebnissen
- Überleitung erfolgreicher R&D-Ergebnisse in Vertriebsprojekten
- Vertriebsunterstützung mittels Anlagenauslegungen und Definitionen von zukünftigen Standards
- Zusammenarbeit mit Experten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

Wie Sie uns überzeugen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Universität, FH) Abschluss (Matura) an einer höheren technischen Lehranstalt in den Bereichen Materialwissenschaften Nicht-Eisen und/oder Maschinenbau
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Wärmebehandlung und Verarbeitung von Aluminium von Vorteil
- Selbstständigkeit im Entwicklungsmanagement eines international aufgestellten produzierenden, technischen Industrieunternehmens
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, interkulturelles Verständnis und weltweite Reisebereitschaft, einschlägige PC-Kenntnisse
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kunden
- und Zielorientierung sowie ausgeprägtem Qualitäts
- und Kostenbewusstsein
- Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Lösungsorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das Bruttomindestgehalt laut Kollektivvertrag (Metalltechnische Industrie) für diese Position jährlich EUR XXX beträgt.
