**Your Tasks**:

- implementation of the global strategy with the regional adaptation and steer the local execution Multichannel Medical strategy
- detailing/medical sales: roll-out tools for competence improvement of medical reps, define KPIs to measure detailing efficacy (field force intelligence)
- support and driving organizational set up of the detailing team
- being in charge of team competences and professional expertise
- medical marketing: adapt and drive detailing support and professional communication strategy and steer brand performance and perception
- lead for regional key opinion leader management: recruit key opination leaders, build relationship and develop a regional key opinion leader management strategy
- leading the creation and organization of the regional and global derms events in cooperation with local and global medical management

**Your Profile**:

- university degree, preferably in any kind of the medical or bio-medical science with strong interest in life science
- several years of experience in professional marketing or medical sales in a dermocosmetic or pharmaceutical company
- ideally several years of experience in a regional role
- strategic and analytical, team oriented, open, proactive personality
- international Mindset
- very good presentation and communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
- fluent English, further languages are advantageous
