Your mission:

- **Investment Controlling (Capital Expenditures) for the Business Segment** including monthly reporting, budgeting, and support plants in the preparation of decision papers and related analysis in line with Mondi Policy.
- **Support at different growth and operational/commercial excellence projects** in close cooperation with segment management, sales, and operations.
- **Coordination of Business Segment IT solution budget** including aligning prioritization of requests with Business Process Owners (SAP) and central IM team.
- **Steering the segment’s Transfer Pricing process (management fee) and Sales Commission mechanism (pooling entity)** between Holding, plants, and sales offices.
- **Strong cross-functional cooperation with plants and other departments.**

Your profile:

- Min. 3-5 years of proven professional experience in finance & controlling.
- Hands-on mentality with strong financial and analytical skills.
- Highly organized, attention to detail and reliable to deliver on time as per aligned due dates.
- Skilled communicator able to report to executives and communicate across departments.
- MS Excel know-how mandatory. Knowledge of SAP considered a plus.
- Fluent in English, international experience highly appreciated.

- We offer a compensation package starting at € 60.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
