Junior Product Manager Apparel

**In this central role you will be responsible for preparing the Atomic ski wear and gear product ranges, in consideration of strategic brand aims. You will thereby act as the interface between the commercial go-to-market and e-com organization, product marketing, design, and product development, as well as our global supply chain.**

**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Establish strategic long-term product range plan (ski wear, logo wear, head wear, bags) based on overall brand vision and category-specific development road map
- Create seasonal development calendars in close alignment with all relevant stakeholders (commercial, marketing, design
- & development, supply chain)
- Formulate comprehensive seasonal product briefs in consideration of deep consumer
- & market insight, functional requirements, commercial
- & profitability targets, as well as sustainability goals
- Work closely with design
- & development team throughout the entire development cycle, supporting and securing the translation of product briefs into buy-ready products
- Prepare key data and presentation materials, and participate actively in internal and external product range meetings
- Proactively support internal partners in marketing and commercial in the creation of assets, planning supply
- & demand, and other process-critical activities
- Create and continuously maintain material master data, using established PLM- and database systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal key stakeholders

**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree and/or professional experience with a focus on business administration, marketing, or product management, preferably within the performance apparel industry

The annual collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 38.000 gross. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
