**Your tasks**:

- **Lead** by example a group of **6-8 Tutor Success Managers**, ensure the team meets its goals by showing how it’s done
- Facilitate **training and mentoring of team members**; via appropriate planning and coaching, to ensure the professional development of team members.
- Be responsible for the Tutors activities, **monitor KPIs continuously to improve team performance** and maximize tutors’ productivity without sacrificing quality and implement/improve policies and processes
- **Observe tutor activity and proactively drive engagement**, ensure best practices exchange and communication within the community
- **Manage relationships and collaboration with stakeholders** across departments to improve processes and ensure alignment
- **Create and manage reports for business leaders**, in a clear and concise manner
- **Promote and maintain** a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment - both within the team and GoStudent as a whole
