In order to actively drive our international expansion strategy in the market, we are filling the following position in the **Executive Board** area as part of our succession planning at our Headquarters in **Leoben (Austria)**.

**Assistant to Member of the Executive Board (f/m/d)**:
We are seeking a professional and passionate Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to act as the first point of contact for our Executive Board Member/Executive Vice President (EVP). As such, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining all appointments and schedules, and ensuring timely administrative support in a professional manner.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary global executive level contact for the Executive Vice President (EVP)
- Take initiative to represent and act professionally on behalf of the EVP during his absence (i.e. deal with matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate person)
- Proactively intercommunicate and work effectively with other departments and staff
- Organise meetings/conference calls, prepare meeting presentations, take minutes, and manage all details such as room reservations, agendas, catering and attendee updates
- Organise travel and other related arrangements for the EVP
- Monitor progress and report to EVP on regular basis

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration with several years of experience in similar Executive Assistant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment, take directions and follow up as required
- High sense of duty, diligence and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills, willingness to cooperate and communicate across all AT&S sites, functions and departments
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
