**Responsibilities**:
1. Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram, Thread, and TikTok.
2. Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
3. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize strategies.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers through personalized outreach and engagement strategies.
7. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content related to our product.
8. Negotiate partnerships, including product reviews and affiliate marketing opportunities
9. Identify relevant podcasts and potential podcast partners that align with our product and brand.
10. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments to maintain positive brand sentiment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Thread, and Tiktok.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design, and video editing software.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve with emerging trends and features on Instagram, Thread, and TikTok.
