**Senior Business Relationship Manager (f/m/d)**

**Your RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The first contact person for all customer related topics in respect to the services & software being sold by Allianz Technology Austria within the Allianz Group.
- Ensure coordination and collaboration between all involved stake holders, e.g. Service Management, Finance, Controlling, Project management, and build a trustful customer relationship.
- Responsible for the correct handling of the contract
- and invoicing process.
- Listening to customer’s feedback and proactively looking for solutions.
- Share knowledge and constantly work together as a team.
Allianz is moving to be an Agile organization and as part of this process many new roles and processes need to be defined. On this journey you will want to take an active role in defining these new structures.
**Our REQUIREMENTS**:
- Higher education degree in business informatics, business administration, IT, etc.
- Minimum 3-year experience in the IT sector.
- Minimum 3-year experience in the area of customer/professional services, or sales.
- Fluent in written and oral English (C1), German or other languages are an advantage.
- Able to facilitate discussions and workshops to align on solutions.
- Have a focus on strengthening the team.
- Have a solution
- and customer-oriented approach.
- Committed to outstanding performance in every customer contact.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (especially Excel,...).
- Independent and not afraid of taking responsibility and getting things done.
- Eager to join an international and diverse environment -at Allianz Technology Austria alone there are colleagues from 45 countries
**Optional**:
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM-Tool.
- Experience with Contract management processes.
- Experience with IT-Service-Management (ITSM) methodology.
- Experience with Agile Software development processes and organizations.
- Experience with Apptio Financial reporting tool.
- Experience in the insurance sector.

**Salary**: from EUR 50.000. gross per year (a higher salary could be considered depending on the specific qualifications, experience and skills)
