**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Strategic Card Listprice management for all countries OMV Downstream countries.
- Monitor daily listprice development and compile price data centrally. Responsible for strategic alignment and setting of targeted price level with Local Retail Price Management.
- Act as a support for Card Pricing and Volume Manager and counterpart for Regional Sales Manager to develop, define and implement pricing strategies, discount policies and network segmentation and define and monitor pricing standards and KPIs.
- Challenge and approve / not approve customer offers from Regional and Country Sales Managers and advice how to optimize and increase profitability customer offers for tenders and negotiations.
- Advice sales how to improve profitablity for complex customer offers and support analysis in direct communication with Card Pricing and Volume Manager and Country Sales Managers.
- Develop regular reporting for monitoring and optimization of volume and margin performance and increasing card portfolio profitability.
- Drive knowledge sharing and development of pricing expertise
- Manage and execute implementation of pricing related projects in order to deliver Card pricing strategy and optimized volume and margin performance

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Education and at least 5 years of experience / Master degree and at least 3 years of experience
- Strong influencer with good communication skills, also in difficult situations.
- Ability to challenge and push back Senior Sales Managers.
- Excellent commercial acumen to maximise profitability
- Strong affinity and capability to working with numbers and strong analytical skills
- Highly structured working style
- English: fluent, Advanced understanding of Excel and SAP and other data analytic tools
