As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will work and liaise with diverse stakeholders and clients across different areas of DO&CO Group. You will oversee rendering legal advice concerning corporate law matters, focusing on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, employment, risk management, contracts & negotiations, liability, and insurance topics across the various locations where we operate.
- Comprehensive legal advice to the group headquarters as well as the domestic and foreign subsidiaries
- Interface to external domestic and foreign legal advisors as well as in-house lawyers in the foreign subsidiaries of the group
- Dispute resolution and risk prevention; setting necessary actions to ensure legal compliance due to changes in applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Drafting and managing national and international contracts for all business units (supply and service contracts, lease agreements, cooperation agreements, corporate law contracts, etc.)
- Actively part of high-profile negotiation of customer and service contracts
- Handling all legal matters, in the specialist areas of (inter)national contract law, corporate law, public law and data protection law
- Preparation and support of supervisory board meetings and general meetings

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar function, bar exam an advantage
- Completed law studies in Austria
- Structured, independent approach to work as well as solution-oriented, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Fluent German and excellent English skills are necessary
