Unser Kernprodukt Hive PRO Insect Factory ist eine schlüsselfertige Lösung für die Lebensmittel-, Futtermittel
- und Recyclingindustrie. Mit Setzlingen (Babylarven) besät, verwandeln Hive PROs industrielle Mengen von organischen Reststoffen in Insektenprodukte, die unsere Kunden auf dem Tierfuttermarkt vermarkten.

**Allgemeines Ziel der Rolle**

Das Hauptziel der/des Accounting Operations Associate ist die Unterstützung der Finanzverwaltung des Unternehmens. Die Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass das Unternehmen ordnungsgemäße Prozesse in Bezug auf Banktransaktionen und Zahlungen, Rechnungsstellung und Fördermittelabwicklung aufrechterhält. Die Auslastung ist 10-16 Stunden pro Woche.

**Aufgaben**
- Vorbereitende Arbeiten für die Buchhaltung (Ablegen und Sortieren von Belegen, Anlegen von Excel Tabellen, Abgleichen von Zahlungen und Dokumenten, Kassenbüchern)
- Abrechnung von Förderungen
- Rechnungserstellung
- Überweisung von Zahlungen
- Kontrolle von eingehenden Rechnungen
- Unterstützung in projektrelevanten Tätigkeiten wie Berichtswesen, Controlling, Statistik
- Organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten
- Spezifische Auswertungen und Kalkulationen (Excel)

**Anforderungen**
- Ausbildung relevant zum Aufgabengebiet (HAK,HAS,BWL, wirtschaftliches Studium oder ähnlich)
- Effizienter und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil, sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Detail orientiertes Arbeiten
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
- ausgezeichnete Kommunikation
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit
- Guter Umgang mit Stresssituationen

Pflichtangabe in Österreich: Das monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 501.
