**Das Technology and Services Team**:
Das Technology and Services (ELAT) kümmert sich um die Betreuung unseres Learning Management Systems, dessen Weiterentwicklung, der inhaltlicher Wartung, sowie dem Reporting und der Daten Analyse.

**Was machst du bei uns?**:

- Du betreust unsere LMS Plattform und entwickelst die internen Prozesse weiter.
- Du kümmerst dich um neue Funktionen, die von SAP SuccessFactors weiterentwickelt wurden und analysierst und überprüfst diese im Testsystem.
- Die enge Abstimmung mit unseren Partnern aus der Gruppe gehört ebenso in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du an der Gestaltung und ständigen Verbesserung des LMS.
- Du unterstützt unser Team in unseren Prozessen.

**Was bringst du mit?**:

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich IT, oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
- Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du das LMS von SAP SuccessFactors kennst und als Admin damit gearbeitet hast.
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an innovativen Technologien und ihrem Einsatz mit.
- Du bist mit MS Office vertraut und hast Freude daran, neue Tools kennenzulernen.
- Du kannst selbständig Arbeiten, hast Interesse an neuen Technologien und Neugier darüber, wie Dinge funktionieren und Prozesse ablaufen.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
