**_Mobile Banking Leader (f/m/x) _**:

- We are looking for servant leader for our Mobile Banking Team who will spearhead the strategic transformation of our mobile banking services. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile app technologies and trends combined with a strong banking background. You will be responsible for the mobile banking app strategy of the group along with the implementation of strategic group initiatives across a federated environment with multiple banking apps.**_Your Role at RBI:

- _Leverage in-depth knowledge of mobile app technologies and banking to identify, evaluate, and implement best practices that drive innovation and operational excellence _
- _Act as a trusted advisor to various business units and subsidiaries by clearly articulating the benefits and value proposition of converged mobile solutions _
- _Influence decision-makers up to C-level in a decentralized structure _
- _Navigate complex environments, align diverse stakeholders, and manage change effectively. Drive consensus and adoption of new technologies and methodologies _
- _Coordinate with internal and external partners across the CEE region _
- _Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and implementation of integrated mobile banking platforms _
- _Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the overall strategic objectives of RBI _
- _Monitor market trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and integrate innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency**_Your Core Competences:

- _Experience with enterprise and solution architecture will be considered a plus _
