Stellenbeschreibung
- Leitung des Mechatronik-Entwicklungsteams in Gesamtfahrzeugprojekten
- Planung & Steuerung der projektspezifischen Aktivitäten zur funktionsorientierten Entwicklung
- Konzeptionelle Führung der mechatronischen Systemarchitektur
- Tracking und Überprüfung/Plausibilisierung von mechatronischen Spezifikationen
- Treiben der Funktionsaufwuchsplanung auf Gesamtfahrzeugebene
- Erprobungsplanung, -steuerung und -reporting bzgl. mechatronischer Funktionen bis hin zu Homologation und Gesamtfahrzeugfreigabe
- Unterstützung der Funktionsverantwortlichen bei der Erarbeitung von Funktionskonzepten und der dazugehörigen Absicherungs-Strategie
- Aufbereitung, Visualisierung und Reporting der Ergebnisse an Projektleitung und gegenüber Kunden inkl. Eskalation bei möglicher Funktionsabweichung

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene FH/TU in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Mechatronik, Elektrik/Elektronik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Telematik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Funktions
- und Eigenschaftsentwicklung oder Erfahrung in der Bauteilentwicklung einer mechatronischen Komponente
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Projekt-Teams von Vorteil
- Managementerfahrung
- Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Themen und Herausforderungen
- Interesse an fachbereichsübergreifender Projektsteuerung
- Führungserfahrung im Kontext internationaler Zusammenarbeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis für vernetzte, mechatronische Funktionen auf Gesamtfahrzeugebene
- Hands-on Mentalität und Freude am Zusammenarbeiten in einem multidisziplinären Projekt-Team
- Hohe Einsatz
- und Gestaltungsfreude sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Fundierte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Informationen
Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.700- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden
