In der Rolle als "Lead Expert - Digital Enterprise Architecture" bist du maßgeblich für die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer unternehmensweiten Systemlandschaft verantwortlich. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Analyse, Konzeption und Modellierung der Digitalen Unternehmensarchitektur. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu fachübergreifenden Bereichen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Architekturentwicklungen, und teilst deine Empfehlungen direkt mit dem Managementboard. Mit deinem breiten Wissen und deinem Innovationsgeist bringst du frische Ideen ein und hältst uns technologisch stets auf dem neuesten Stand. Du bist eine kommunikative und eloquente Persönlichkeit, die es schätzt, regelmäßig am Ort des Geschehens (Mattighofen, Linz, Wels und Anif) vor Ort zu sein. - Analyse, Konzeption und Modellierung von Unternehmens
- und Digital-Architekturen
- Entwicklung und Pflege der konzernweiten Enterprise Architektur
- Policies & -Standards
- Identifizierung von Konsolidierungs
- und Standardisierungspotentialen
- Erarbeitung von Standards für die fachliche und übergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Leitung & Organisation des Enterprise Architecture Boards
- Bereitstellung von geeigneten Tools und Methoden
- Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung und Mitwirkung bei deren Umsetzung zur Schaffung einer effizienten Systemlandschaft
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Architekturprinzipien
- Koordination verschiedener interner und externer Stakeholder insbesondere Management und Architekten

**WOMIT DU UNS BEGEISTERN KANNST**:

- abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder gleichwertiger Fachrichtung mit IT-Schwerpunkt
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Enterprise-Architect, in der IT-Strategieberatung oder im Architektur-/Synergiemanagement
- grundlegende Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Architektur, Design Pattern und Softwareentwicklung
- Produktkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie Verständnis im Bereich Hyperscaler/Cloud wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von IT- und Architektur-Projekten, idealerweise auch im agilen Umfeld (z.B. SCRUM, SAFe) sowie den entsprechenden Projektmanagementmethoden und Tools
- breites Industrie-Know-how, idealerweise in der Fahrzeugindustrie bei einem OEM
- gute Kenntnisse im Enterprise Architecture Management und gängiger EAM-Methoden und Frameworks
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation mit Führungskräften auf C-Level
