To grow even faster, we are hiring YOU - a Junior Finance Business Partner - Central

**Your tasks**:

- Coordinate with local and regional management (Country Managers, Regional & local Heads of Sales, Tutors, CS) and ensure regular reviews of actuals along the management reports and KPI dashboards and benchmark them again the budget
- discuss initiatives on a local/regional level that improve key KPIs and financials (P&L)
- track, manage and execute initiatives across functions
- Ensure permanent reporting towards the HQ and project updates on initiatives
- Escalate points of action to the central (HQ) team in case no agreement on a local/regional level can be done
- Involvement in decision-making for business-related topics on a local/regional level
- Key player in communication and prioritization of key topics across the organization and work with leaders from all departments
- Support country and regional leaders in capital allocation and financial decisions
- Support country and regional leaders in managing their budget
- Support country and regional leaders identifying financial initiatives and supporting the implementation of these initiatives to improve their business

**Who you are**:

- Gained 3+ years of experience at a leading investment bank or consulting firm
- Business/Finance degree from leading university preferred MBA / Master
- Some start up experience or exposure helpful
- Strategic background: understanding fundamentals, see value in the information provided and derive the appropriate steps
- Strong communication skills: feeling comfortable with proposing, justifying, and implementing changes
- Resilience: feeling comfortable working in a changing environment
