**Your Opportunity**

At woom we want to **inspire millions of kids & teens love to ride their bike and to make the world a better place**. We are looking for a high achieving Finance Controller that wants to support us on that mission and is **passionate about working with our Supply Chain & Innovation teams as a FP&A Business Partner.**

The Supply Chain & Innovation FP&A Business Partner will be part of the FP&A and BI team,** a newly formed team with the objective to transform decision making within woom.** You will partner with our data experts to **bring data driven decision making to the next level,** providing insights and decision support on key financial levers such as cost of goods sold (COGS), logistics and warehouse. You will **support our product management and innovation teams** with business cases ensuring long-term investments in our future product portfolio are supported by solid assumptions on future profitability.

**Your mission**
- As a co-pilot for our supply chain, product management and innovation teams you are the** single point of contact on all finance relevant topics**:

- You are responsible for **month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting** w.r.t. COGS for bikes and accessories, logistics, warehouse & fulfillment and other variable costs
- You will **partner with accounting and the key user community of D365** to ensure proper inventory evaluation
- Together with your FP&A colleagues you will **provide transparency on our contribution margin development and share those insights with the organization** to further develop the finance acumen across the organization
- As a business partner you will **challenge our business in a constructive way**, will provide insights and recommendations to improve our contribution margin and monitor risks & opportunities
- Together with our BI experts and data analysts you will **continue to improve our data models for better commercial steering**:

- You will **drive the automation of our reporting** and support commercial steering with the help of BI dashboards
- You will **support transformation projects** such as introducing an integrated planning & forecasting BI solution

**Your skills**
- You have successfully completed studies, **preferably in business administration with finance specialization or economics**:

- You have **at least 5 years of relevant professional experience** in Business Controlling/FP&A, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- You have experience and **enjoy creating things from scratch** starting from a blank sheet of paper.
- You **enjoy working with large amounts of data** and love to bring structure to even the biggest chaos
- You have** Excel skills like a PRO, some experience with PowerBI and Dynamics 365**:

- You **enjoy working with BI experts and data analysts**:

- You have a **"continuous improvement mindset"**:

- You are **able to work accurately, independently and structured,** yet you are a team player who enjoys making complex analyses simple to better reach your audience
- **Very good knowledge of German and English**

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
