As the Global ITSM Teamleader you and your team are responsible for the ITSM platform as well as the global IT process landscape (Incident, Request, Change, Outage, Problem, Configuration,). You develop the platform strategically to meet increasing stakeholder requirements. You leverage synergies through and on the platform. Additionally, you identify growth and automation potentials and keep the global processes aligned in collaboration with the regional counterparts.

As a team manager you are responsible for the sustainable development of your team at hand. This includes but is not limited to hiring, development planning, identification of growth potential as well as regular check-ins with individuals and the team.

It is your responsibility to build and maintain a high-performing team that can quickly react to changing requirements and is resilient in more stressful times.Strategic Management

You lead the strategic development of the ITSM portfolio in Red Bull globally. Together with your team, you identify growth and optimization potentials. After scoping the respective initiatives, you successfully deliver improvements with the help of internal and external project management capabilities and a strong partner network.

You shape the platform and process landscape to streamline stakeholder requirements and you are eager to simplify wherever possible.Process Management

The team incorporates the globally consistent ITSM process ownerships. This ensures a unified user experience and creates a common language and understanding.

Even though our regions have a high level of autonomy and freedom, all global IT teams collaborate closely. This makes globally compatible processes a key asset to ensure identical quality standards.Budget Management

As the team manager you are responsible for all budgets of the individual team members in your team. The budget responsibility includes but is not limited to cost control, invoice processing as well as the budget planning according to our company standards. As the budget responsible you may optimize and ensure the budget is spent as sustainably and profitable for the company as possible.Stakeholder Management

In order to ensure the development of the platform and process landscape stays globally relevant you are in close collaboration with your stakeholders. Besides regular alignments with your global and regional IT counterparts this also includes collection and processing of structured end-user feedback. You structure the demands and requests and process them as input for the further development of the platform.Vendor Management

You have full responsibility for the vendor delivering the current ITSM solution. Relationship management is not limited to regular alignments with the key counterparts but also includes further development of the strategic partner status through innovation and unique brand values.

You are responsible for a sustainable contractual setup as well as for the maintenance of the license pool.
- EXPERIENCE

- ITIL experience (even though we don’t fully stick to the standard)
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into structures and processes
- Experience in external operations partner steering or strong willingness to develop the respective skillset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and self-motivated personality with can-do attitude
- ITSM/ITIL experience
- Spoken and written English mandatory
