Join us in creating tools that redefine talent management, enhance the employee experience, and help people do their best work. As a Global Talent Manager, you'll manage and improve our engagement and performance tools, and create new solutions with global impact.

**MANAGE & IMPROVE PRODUCTS**

You'll take ownership of Red Bull's employee engagement and performance management products. This includes developing strategies and roadmaps, prioritizing features based on feedback and research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using data analytics for decision-making, and communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders.

**DEVELOP PRODUCTS**

You'll manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. You’ll explore innovative solutions, including AI, to solve complex problems and improve processes. In addition, you’ll advocate for target audiences, follow latest research and market trends, and craft approaches that help people do their best work.

**CONSULT THE BUSINESS**

You'll develop and implement strategies to retain talent and support achieving peak performance. You'll use your passion for psychology and technology to upskill your audiences, assess talent needs, and drive real-world impact. Furthermore, you'll consult with business leaders, provide training, and continuously improve talent management programs and products.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of product management experience, skilled in development, prioritization, and data-driven improvement.

2+ years of experience in human resources, talent management or related field.

University degree or courses in related disciplines (e.g. product management, UX/UI design, human resources, psychology, IT, etc.) are an advantage.

Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Good analytical skills and knowledge of UX/UI principles for a great user experience.

Strong interest in research and industry trends for innovative solutions.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments.

Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
