A new high-end production facility for IC Substrates is currently being built in Kulim, Malaysia. The company employs circa 12,500 people. **Specialist Innovation Management (f/m/d)**:
As the Specialist Innovation Management, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, implementing and managing formats and activities for innovation empowerment among AT&S employees.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Develop, maintain and manage formats (e.g., events, newsletters, groups, programs, contests, challenges, awards, etc) and platforms for innovation empowerment
- Create, organize, facilitate and bring together AT&S employees and external actors to collaborate on innovative topics in fields of technology, business model, business and operational processes
- Conceptualize and organize innovation related events and initiatives
- Collect, prioritize, and follow up on the implementation of ideas and maintain the idea pool
- Communicate innovation and conduct innovation trainings within AT&S
- Support intrapreneurship programs by organizing pitching events, workshops and trainings on the innovation tools
**Your Profile**:
- Master's degree in PR, innovation management, engineering, or similar
- 3+ years’ experience innovation management, community management and/or communication
- Strong knowledge of innovation management
- Project and event management skills
- Didactical/teaching skills are a plus
- Fluent in English (German, Mandarin, Korean language skills are a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.000;
