Our client is an industry leader in robotics and automation solutions, committed to revolutionising the way industries operate. They are looking for a Robotic Sales Manager to support the company’s expansion across Europe.

They offer effective material flow systems from a single source with the help of their adaptable warehouse management system, conveyor technology, and cutting-edge robotics. Their multinational presence ensure individualised customer care, promoting dependability and excellence.

**The Opportunity**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting lead generation and creating new opportunities for new customers.

You will develop intelligent and economical concepts for intralogistics solutions, presenting these to key stakeholders as well as engaging in aftersales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
- Manage Sales Process through the entire sales cycle up to final negotiations and closing.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within the region.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience (in B2B or industrial sales environment) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry knowledge of robotics and automation, specifically warehouse automation.
- BSc or MSc Degree.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- **Fluent in German and English.**
