**Aufgaben**
- Beratung nationaler und internationaler Konzerne in Österreich
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzbereiche unserer Kund:innen Richtung Finance Excellence
- Analyse und -Definition von Anforderungen im Controlling und Rechnungswesen
- Steigerung der Effizienz in Finanzbereichen durch Reorganisation, Standardisierung, Prozess-Optimierung,
und Automatisierung
- Projekt Management von Finance Transformation Projekten

**Kompetenzen**
- Abgeschlossenes Master Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
(vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Controlling)
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Management Berater für Finance
- Accounting, Controlling und Treasury Erfahrung
- Erfahrung mit SAP FI/CO, EPM und TMS Systemen
- Kenntnis der End to End Prozesse in Finance (R2R, P2P, A2R, S2P, Q2C)
- Transformations
- und Projekterfahrung
- Erfahrung in Organisationsdesign und Governance Aufbau
- Project Management und Scrum Master Skills
- Erfahrung mit Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops
- Stakeholdermanagement und Changemanagement
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Lösungskreativität
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich darzustellen und zu präsentieren
- Professionelles Auftreten, Hands-On Mentalität sowie Team
- und Kundenorientierung

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung für Manager EUR 58.000. brutto p.a

Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir ein entsprechend höheres Entgelt. Weiters können Sie mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
