**You are characterized by a service-oriented and structured way of working? Join our Global On Premise Sales Team and support the Department Head in all administrative and budget related topics.**:
In this position, you act as the personal assistant to the Global Head of On Premise, take over all coordination related topics, and first and foremost make sure to showcase & leverage the world of Red Bull in a targeted way.

**Personal Assistant to Manager**:
Monitoring and autonomous management of Direct Manager’s mail account

Manage approval process for all Direct Reports, close monitoring and in alignment with Manager

Creation of PowerPoint presentations

**Budget Management**:
In charge of Global On Premise indirects budget including comprehensive planning, close monitoring, accounting and approval of invoices

**Project Management**:
Planning, budgeting, coordinating and reporting of International Flagshipbar Concept to ensure top notch appearance at leading events and festivals in Europe

Create unforgettable “in real life experiences” for B2B to showcase & leverage the world of Red Bull in a targeted way

**Calendar Management**:
Coordination of all meetings, appointments and workshops to ensure efficient time management

**Travel coordination**:
Coordination for flights, hotels and visas

Partly accompanying the manager to trips/meetings

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in project management/ meeting coordination/ PA
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Excellent organizational skills as well as s trong oral presentation and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
