**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Lead the business project team as part of the central Business Projects & Consulting unit
- Managing and continuously developing team of skilled project managers
- Establishing and enabling continuous improvement processes as well as driving a strong performance culture in the area of responsibility
- Maintaining and steering impactful portfolio of business projects as well as continuously identifying new initiatives to fill the pipeline
- Setting up and delivering high value and strategic projects and programs across divisions and business areas in strong collaboration with executive leadership team to drive the company transformation
- Steering end-to-end execution of cross-divisional and international business projects
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets and project delivery approach to transform business models and operational practices considering implications such as legal requirements, market dynamics, technological advancements, customer demand, competitor activity or sustainability ambitions
- Contributing to the Group strategy process, support the divisions to define business strategies and implementing strategy into operations
- Performing substantial analysis to provide clear recommendation on course of action for complex business challenges
- Managing crucial interfaces towards divisional business areas as well as corporate functions including senior and executive management
- Setting benchmark and standard for business project management practices across OMV Group

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Project Management or Transformation Management
- 15 years of working experience, ideally in the area of Consulting/ Project Management
- Knowledge on the energy sector including trends affecting the transformation of IOCs
- Experience in synthesizing experienced project managers to achieve outstanding results
- Experience in leading international project teams
- Very good English language skills
