Your mission:

- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the pricing strategy and pricing processes.
- Main contact person for all price-related concerns and questions.
- Contributes expertise in pricing methodology; identifies and shares pricing best practices.
- Facilitates cooperation and ensures functioning interfaces between plant sales, regional and top management in the implementation of pricing.
- Supports operational price management, incl. the setting of differentiated, annual price adjustment targets, simulation of the impact and the implementation of price adjustments.
- Supports the sales teams in the daily pricing processes.
- Monitors market developments, pricing strategies of competitors and price acceptance by customers.

Your profile:

- Master’s degree in a business or natural science degree programme or a comparable qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with responsibility in pricing in an international company, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, other languages advantageous.
- Analytical thinking and good presentation and communication skills.

Our offer:

- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 45,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
