At svarmony, as a UX/UI Designer, you are the decision maker and take responsibility for designing innovative and emotionally engaging user interfaces for our prestigious clients.

**Your sssskills**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in the implementation of digital projects such as websites and apps.
- Experience with UI design software and graphic editing tools such as Sketch/Figma, Adobe CS, etc.
- Planning and execution of user research, user testing and usability studies.
- Creation of Concepts, User Journeys, Wireframes, Personas etc.
- Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in **English, German, Ukrainian/Russian.**:

- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, 3D, Unity and Web developers.
- Knowledge of the design thinking framework and workflow.
- Good understanding of user-centred design.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Experience in the IT environment (AR) is an advantage.
- Demonstrate how designs address business goals and user needs.
- Bonus: Know-how in 3D animations, print products.
- Bonus: Augmented Reality experience.
- Bonus: Leading User Research / User Testing.
- Production of user interfaces and all required assets.
- Creativity skills and problem-solving attitude.

**Your tasks**:

- Development of sound UX concepts, wireframes & prototypes.
- Creation of user interfaces.
- Design for various advertising materials and presentations.
- Organization and distribution of tasks to team members.
- Independently develop concepts for optimizations and new functions based on customer feedback.
- Accompanying user and usability tests. In addition, you advise project teams on design and usability issues.
- You ask the right questions and work with the appropriate methodologies.
- Requirements management is therefore not a foreign word for you.
